BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PFS FLORAL COOPERATIVE

We as the Board of Directors of the PFS Floral Cooperative have embraced the idea of flower shop owners, working together. PFS is giving florists and small local businesses a way to compete with the large box stores and online shopping.

The number one responsibility of the board is to be the organization trusted oversight with the authority to represent all members as one voice in its communication with the Management Company conducting commerce through City to City Market.

REGIONAL GOVERNORS OF PFS FLORAL COOPERATIVE

The Cooperative is divided into five (5) regions. Each region is overseen by a board of Governors consisting of one governor and one assistant governor for a total of ten (10). Through this body communication to the Cooperative members is organized in a way that allows the cooperative to speak as one body. Each Governor and assistant Governor will work with members on the specific way each member must support the growth of the PFS Network through City to City Market.
